Can*Con offers a full refund (minus admin fee charged by the ticketing system) until the start of the con. Please send us an email at can (dot) spec (dot) lit (at) gmail (dot) com if you can no longer attend. You can also gift your badge to someone else (give us a name or just gift it to someone who could otherwise not attend), until one week prior to the event (when we print name badges).
